Feature Request: "X number of days" expiry alert

I'm waiting for an update for the expiry date. It should be a forwards calculation for the date expiry and never reverse. My passwords expire after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days or 180 days. It moves forwards and never back in time. I would change the password today and set expiry to remind me 1 day before or 1 week before. This never happens. I really don't yet understand the reason for such a setup. I would really want to know the login behind this situation.

Thank you for the continued feedback. I completely understand why being able to set an item's expiry date relative to today (by a certain number of days or months) would be helpful. While I can't make any promises, the team will look into adding more options to the expiry date feature in the future.

This is happening since now more than 3 years. This started since 1p8. I had brought this feature up to be added. updating the expiry date can't take so long. I'm sure the team is capable and can do t faster.

To be honest, we haven’t seen enough requests for this yet to prioritize it over other work. I do appreciate you continuing to check in on it, it helps us gauge interest. We’ll keep tracking demand so our product team can revisit it if interest grows.
