Feature Suggestion – 1Password Email Client / Backup Email Address

Hi 1Password team,

I’d like to suggest a potential new feature that I believe could bring real value to users who care deeply about security and digital resilience.

Would you consider creating a basic email service or client under the 1Password brand – something like a “1Password Mail” that users could use as a secure backup or alternative email address?

For example, this email could be used:

as a recovery/backup address for Gmail, Outlook, etc.
for account registrations where users prefer not to expose their main inbox
as a secure channel for password manager–related alerts or 2FA

It wouldn’t need to be a full-featured mail suite – even a simple, secure, privacy-focused inbox tied to the 1Password account would be incredibly useful. Given 1Password’s reputation for security and privacy, this could make an excellent addition to your platform.

Thank you for all your hard work. I'm absolutely loving 1Password – it’s honestly one of the best tools I’ve ever used.
