Filling and saving passwords is turned off

Is there any way to make this notification go away permanently? I can dismiss it for a few days and then it shows up again.

I know the setting is turned off. I have turned it off intentionally.

This is 1Password for Firefox on MacOS.

Same problem. It is SO annoying. (Using Safari extension.)
