Filling issue in specific apps and websites

I first noticed an issue when I upgraded my phone in June from a Sony Xperia i III running Android 13, to my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra running Android 15. I could not get 1Password to autofill to save my life. I made sure iPassword and Chrome were updated, and tried various fixes from this community and other sites, all to no avail.

I finally gave up in late June/early July, and switched my phone's default browser to Microsoft Edge. It now works as expected about 80-85% of the time. There are still some websites that 1Password won't appear at all when my focus is in a username or password field, and some where I do get the 1Password prompt but it does not fill even after confirming the credentials and allowing access. There are also a handful of apps that do the same, but that's fairly minor. 1Password now works most of the time with Edge as the default browser, so I'm sticking with that until I see evidence that it works better with Chrome on my phone than it does now with Edge.
