Fingerprint reader does not work on Motorola Razr 50

I'm sorry that biometric unlock isn't working with 1Password on your Android device. As a first step, please update to the latest version of 1Password for Android: How to keep 1Password up to date

If that still doesn't work then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Android device:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:
