Firefox 2.20.2 not working

I'm sorry that 1Password for Firefox isn't working correctly. As a first step can you try the steps in this article: If you don't see the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar

If that doesn't work then, to help me better understand the situation, I'd like to ask you to take a screenshot of what you're seeing when you say that 1Password is telling you to installed the extension and attach it to your reply:

I downgraded to 1p 2.15.1 add-on and it's working. Would still like to know why 2.20.2 won't work and how/when it's ok to upgrade.

I'm sorry for the delay in replying. Can you install the latest version of 1Password for Firefox from the Firefox Add-ons store:

Then, if you still see the same issue, I'd like to request a console log from your end:

• Save a console log for 1Password in your browser

Attach the file to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

With your email please include:
