Firefox Extension - clicking on icon doesn't prompt unlocking

If the 1Password Firefox extension is locked, and I go to a website where there's a login prompt, clicking on the 1Password icon that's in the login field doesn't prompt anything. If I click on the actual extension icon on the toolbar, it prompts the unlock window (but doesn't allow me to unlock with Windows hello so I have to type in my master password every time). Any ideas of what might be happening?

1Password Version: 8.10.28
Extension Version: 2.22.1
OS Version: Windows 11 version 23H2
Browser: Firefox

Hey @scarmona,

It sounds like 1Password in your browser might be having a hard time connecting with your 1Password app. Can you give these steps a try and let us know if it improves things:

  1. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings
  2. Turn off the setting that says 'Integrate this extension with the 1Password desktop app'
  3. Quit both your browser and your 1Password app.
  4. Open and unlock your 1Password app
  5. Open your browser and repeat steps 1 & 2 to re enable the integration.

Let us know how you get on!
