Firefox extension messes up website text formatting

The 1Password extension for Firefox seems to mess up the text formatting of some code blocks. One example is to go to https://griff.systems/posts/self-contained-sqlite-database-in-powershell-script/ and look at the code blocks. They display properly when the 1Password extension is disabled, but when it's enabled it removes all of the text formatting from the code blocks, so they display as a single long unformatted string. This does not seem to be an issue with the 1Password Chrome extension; only Firefox.

Hi @deadlydog thanks for reaching out!

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I can confirm that our developers have been investigating a known issue where the 1Password browser extension would interfere with the formatting of some webpages.

I found that I was unable to reproduce the behaviour using the latest stable release of the 1Password for Firefox extension which is currently version 8.11.27.2. Can you try updating your browser extension and let me know if the issue persists?

Yes, the issue (for that specific website at least) seems to be fixed now with the new extension version. Thanks!

Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear that's working for you now. Let us know if you see this issue pop up on any other websites.
