Firefox Extension not signing in with 1Password Desktop

Question

I switched to Firefox from Brave and the browser extension doesn't auto sign-in with 1Password Desktop.
I initially used Firefox now using Firefox Developer Edition, no difference.

about:debugging > 1Password > Inspect:

Sometimes I also see the last line for non-v7, but not usually.
