Thank you for sending that over. Based on the information, you may be experiencing a known issue that our development team is investigating. A current workaround for this issue is to turn off the hardware acceleration option in the 1Password desktop app. Here's how:

1. Open and unlock the 1Password 8 desktop app.
2. Click the three dots at the top left of the app and select Settings.
3. In the Advanced section, toggle off Use Hardware Acceleration.
4. Press Ctrl + Q on your keyboard to fully quit the app.

After that, click the locked 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar to unlock it, and let me know if the same issue occurs.

While I can't give an exact timeframe for a fix to re-enable this option, I recommend keeping 1Password up to date so that you can receive the fix as soon as possible, and updates will be posted on our website:
