First login workflow issue

When setting up 1Password on Windows 11, using 1password.eu domain, it is forwarding to 1password.com for login.

When I click on Sign in on 1password.com app opens this page

https://start.1password.com/native/signin

When I switch 1password.eu at the bottom, page is turning to normal web login page

and when I scan that code from my mobile, it opens web vault, nothing happens on Windows app

I'm sorry for the delay in responding. What happens if you just scan the QR code in the 1Password app itself? That would be the QR code in your first screenshot?

Once you've signed into 1Password.eu in your browser, you can add your account to the app with these steps:

Click on your name in the top right corner of the webpage, then click Set up another device.
Click Add your account directly.
Click Open 1Password.

Then follow the prompts in the 1Password desktop app. Let me know if that doesn't work.

It works if I scan QR of the Windows app on my iPhone app.

If I forget my phone somewhere or lost access to it, things will get harder.

Here is step by step of the process.

Open app, click on login on 1password.com, switch web browser to 1password.eu

select I am not signed in anywhere

Click on I found my Emergency Kit

Web page opens 1password app again, which I am not logged in.

That appears to be the correct flow. If you select that you have your Emergency Kit then you'll be directed to the 1Password app so that you can enter your 1Password account information manually into the 1Password app from the Emergency Kit.
