Forgot to move one vault to 1PW online on Windows

Question

I forgot to move a vault that was on Dropbox to 1PW's online service. On my Mac, I'm still able to get to the old vault with the old version. On Windows, I only have the latest version of 1PW.

Is there a way for me to open the old vault on Windows right now as I'm far away from home. I can't find a legacy download page for 1PW with old versions for Windows and don't trust 3rd party sites.
