FR: More complex fill-matching rules

i face two special case

the first: http://192.168.3.4 and https://192.168.3.4 are not same website

the second: qq.com(*.qq.com) exmail.qq.com weixin.qq.com(*.weixin.qq.com) are three different websites.

In both cases, more complex matching rule settings may be required to accurately show or hide the corresponding account.
