Full text search doesn't work on custom text fields

Hello,

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if 1Password Business really doesn't support such a simple feature.
Even when selecting "Show all matching items", the text written in the custom text fields, in the notes fields and even in the standard username field is not found during the search.
I'm referring to the web client, I haven't tried the desktop one, but I don't care because our users can only use the web version.
It only works on the title of the items.

Thanks for reaching out! The web app at 1Password.com doesn't include all of the functionality of the desktop app. The search tool is indeed less sophisticated and will only search through a subset of fields. Our team hopes to bring parity between search in the desktop app and 1Password.com in the future. 

For the time being, there are two options that I'd recommend:

  1. Add needed keywords to the titles of items (which the web app does search through) if your users can't use the desktop app. 
  2. Deploy the desktop app to your users: Deploy 1Password for Mac and Windows

option one already applied, but it's not enough.

Option two it's quite hard to apply because of our internal policies/best practices.

I'm sorry that both options don't offer a complete solution at the moment. The team hopes to bring parity to search between 1Password.com and the desktop app in the future.
