Generic field not being filled when using form filling

I have a page I am trying to use for form filling but one, a generic description text field, is not filling out. There are others that are drop down fields I would like to also have the selected item from the list but not sure if this is possible.

1Password Version: 8.10.27
Extension Version: 2.21.0
OS Version: macOS 14.2.1
Browser: Chrome
