GitHub Student Developer Pack redemption fails: “States not provided” — Support ID 663116

Hi 1Password team,

I’m running into the same GitHub Student Developer Pack redemption issue described in this solved thread:
“Unable to claim 1Password Github Student Developer pack offer”

I have already emailed [removed by moderator] with my screenshot and browser console log.

My support ticket ID is: 663116

The redemption page shows:

“Something went wrong. We weren't able to authenticate with your GitHub account.”

The browser console shows:

“States not provided”

I have already tried:

• Disabling all browser extensions

• Revoking the GitHub OAuth authorization and authorizing again

• Clearing site data/cookies

• Trying a clean browser session

Could someone help route my ticket to the team handling GitHub Student Developer Pack redemption issues?
