Going from individual to family

Hello,

I have an individual family plan for 1Password and have finally convinced my family to make an account as well. We now have a family account, and I would like to accept the transition from billing plans, but it seems like my account is in 1password.com and my family is in .eu (we all live in Europe).

What is my solution to this? Should I transfer all my passwords and use only EU?

 The app now says "Our family" instead of my account name. Does that mean I am tied to the family plan? What are my options?

I have the FastMail integration, I use passkey and 2FA and a lot of other services from 1password, and don't want to have to set everything up again.

Please email us using `support+forum@1password.com`. Be sure to use the email address tied to the account in question. We can likely take a closer look at the accounts. 

You can transfer the data but depending on your needs you may have to set up some features again.

You can transfer the data but depending on your needs you may have to set up some features again.
