Have to manually remove/add an Apple Watch-item to sync entries... Please do a constant sync!

Question

I have several Awatches. Just got a new one, and was wondering, that no entries existed on that new device. I then figured out, that you need to remove an add an item to the Awatch-category to force a sync of your items. Wouldn't it be great, if you have a constant sync?
