Having trouble using "unlock with apple watch"

I have 1password 7, and just upgraded to MacOS Ventura. I had never noticed that I could unlock the app with my Apple Watch: in the Security tab under Settings, there is a button that says, "Set Up Apple Watch":

When I click it, I'm taken to the Privacy & Security system preference pane, but there's nothing to do there. I'm not sure how to proceed. Can someone guide me?

1Password 7 is likely pointing at pre Ventura location. Try System Settings -> Touch ID & Password -> Apple Watch. I'm going from memory on this one. I'm away from my Mac with the feature enabled.

Thanks. I've already been able to unlock my mac with my apple watch (Apple Watch is already activated under System Settings > Login Password).
