Having trouble with a login

Sorry, I wrote my reply while you posted yours so I didn't see it.

I have taken a look at the login flow of this website and saw that when you start the login process, you enter your username on "sony.uk", but then when you reach the password field it redirects you to "my.account.sony.com" which is a completely different domain, and why 1Password isn't suggesting autofill there.

The solution is simple:

1. Open your 1Password.
2. Find the login entry for Sony's website, select it and click on "Edit".
3. Under the username and password field you will see the website field where it has "sony.uk" as the website address. Select the empty "website" field under it and add another address: https://my.account.sony.com
4. Click on "Save" to save the changes, and now this login entry will work in both the username and password field.

When got to the second website , I copied the web address as the one you wrote didn't work for me.
