Help Needed - 1password MacOS error

Hi All,

I am at my wits end i have had this error remain on my screen for months now and i have no idea how to get rid of it. Please help

2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4-helper quit unexpectedly.

This occurred when i updated MacOS and needed to download the latest 1password app

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 14.2.1
Browser: Not Provided

I'm sorry that you're seeing an error message when using 1Password. It's possible that remnant of an earlier version of 1Password exists on your Mac and is causing issues. Our support team can help you resolve this so that you don't see the error moving forward. I see that you've already opened a ticket with the team via email and they'll send you a reply there soon.
