Help recovering my suspended family account
Hi everyone,
I recently discovered that my account on a Family plan was suspended. I need to recover access to my saved passwords and ideally move to an individual plan.
Unfortunately, I cannot contact the Family organizer due to personal/family safety concerns. I have proof of account ownership and still have my Secret Key.
I've already submitted a support ticket but wanted to ask here in case there's a quicker path. Is there any way to recover my account and switch to an individual plan without going through the Family organizer?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am really hoping to avoid losing my saved data and having to reset everything.
