You could investigate creating a collection to see if it fits your needs. The vault would still be available on the device though and accessible. A collection is just that a collection of vaults you want to see at a given time.

Use collections to create custom groups of vaults

Have you tested your solution yourself? In the search, results appear from vaults that are not in the collection!

Is there another solution?

What is actually going on with 1Password? In 1Password7 you could still deactivate vaults! 1Password 8 sucks, even all devices!

Thank you for the reply. After creating the collection did you then choose that collection by tapping on the icon for your account or collection at the top left and then choosing the desired collection?

If that still doesn't work then are you searching for your logins after opening 1Password from your iPhone/iPad's home screen? Or are you searching for an item after invoking 1Password from inside of another app when using Password AutoFill?

Unfortunately, this does not work with the Autofil. Items are displayed that are not in the collection.
