Hide vault from search?

I came across this post which suggests I can "archive" the vault. however, I'm running v8.10.16 (the latest) and I don't see a way to archive the vault

I have a vault with a bunch of old things I don't want to delete but I don't want them coming up in my searches. how can I do this?
