Homebridge Config UI X - 1PiB Does Not Prompt to Fill Login or Autofill

Question

I run a local Homebridge instance with the Config UI X plugin for a web interface. This is behind a reverse proxy. When I browse to the login page, 1Password does not prompt to fill login details and manually triggering Autofill from the toolbar item does not fill the login data. This is reproducible on multiple Macs running Chrome, one running 1P 7 and another running the Early Access builds. The prompt and autofill work as expected with the macOS and iOS 15 Safari extension.

I am not comfortable linking to my HB instance here, but would be happy to do so in private for the team to review.
