How do I access and use the password generator on an iPhone12 using 1Password 8 ?

If you're setting up an account for a website open in Safari for the first time then you can use 1Password for Safari to automatically suggest and save a secure password: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad

If you're creating an account using another browser or app then you can follow these steps:

1. Make sure that Password AutoFill is enabled for 1Password: Use 1Password to fill and save in apps and browsers on your iPhone and iPad
2. Navigate to the website or app's sign-up page.
3. Tap on the password field.
4. Tap on the "Passwords" prompt above your keyboard and unlock 1Password.
5. Tap on the + button in the lower right corner.
6. Type in your username and have 1Password generate a secure password.
7. Tap Save & Fill
8. Finish setting up the account in the website or app.
