How do I configure my 1Password entry to fill-in my banking login for a Chinese banking site?

I've done some testing on the website you shared and ran into the same behaviour. I modified the Login item by adding custom fields that mirror the website's labels, but I found that Autofill only works when the Customer ID and username fields are visible. I attached a short GIF demonstrating this.

I understand that exposing the Customer ID and username fields before auto-filling is not optimal. Therefore, I have submitted an issue for our development team to investigate further. In the meantime, I recommend https://support.1password.com/getting-started-browser/#use-drag-and-drop-to-fill-in-apps your credentials from the Login item as a workaround.

Thanks! I've just been cutting and pasting them; is there a "keyboard only" workflow you would recommend? I've already got 1Password mapped to a set of key combinations.

Oh. And you can close this issue. If you want; I'm not sure what the 1Password support workflow is like, but I'll just either wait for an update on this or continue to cut and paste. Thanks again!

You're welcome. After conducting additional tests, I've found that while it's not purely a keyboard-only workflow, it can still be efficient. You can access Quick Access from the 1Password desktop app, select the item, and then drag and drop the credentials directly from the small window. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the website's Login item.
2. Invoke Quick Access using the keyboard shortcut. By default, it's [ CMD⌘ + Shift⇧ + Space ].
3. Select the Login item and press [ CMD⌘ + O ] to open the item.
4. Drag and drop the credentials into the fields.
