How do I Reset OKTA 1Password Profile

Hello,

I am using

1Password for Mac 8.11.0 (81100029)

and

v8.11.0 for iPhone iOS

And, I had an OKTA 1Password profile enabled for MFA.

I had to reset my iPhone and have lost my OKTA profile and am currently unable to view OKTA authentication tokens when attempting to login to 1password.com (and 1password is in read-only mode on my iPhone).

How can I recreate my OKTA 1Password Profile if I can't authenticate to 1Password.com?

I have my emergency kit, secret key and master password.

Thank you.

Hi @ShawnP! Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue authenticating 1Password after resetting your phone.

Can you still sign into your account on 1Password.com, or through any of the 1Password apps? If so, you can disable 2FA for your account with the steps in our guide, then re-enable it on 1Password.com:

Let us know if that works for you, or if we can offer any assistance. Thanks again!

That did it!  Thank you, thank you, thank you, 1P_Timothy!  I am now able to authenticate to 1Password.com w/out MFA.  Again, thank you!
