How long does it take for support to get back to you?

Hello, I opened a support ticket request on June 11. I have followed up with mailto:support@1password.com multiple times but it seems my emails aren't going through. Can I get some assistance please, my request is time-senstitive? My support ticket# is 632988.

This Community cannot help you with that, but from recent posts here it is clear that 1Password support response times have grown very significantly recently, causing much consternation, and 1Password appears to be doing nothing to improve the situation.

Emailing multiple times after you already have a ticket only creates additional work for support and worsens the problem for everyone.

I presume the nature of your urgent problem precludes any kind of Community assistance.
