How to connect an app to 1Password

Thank you for the question. You can use Universal Autofill to fill into macOS apps: Use Universal Autofill in apps and browsers on your Mac

If 1Password doesn't recognize the app then you'll be asked to either allow the login to be filled once or always. If you choose always then your Login item will be linked to the app that you're trying to fill into.
