How to contact human at 1Password for 1Password.ca support?
I have emailed [removed by moderator] requesting help with an account issue; specifically requesting a phone call so my questions can be resolved in a timely manner. This is for a personal family account. Within less than a day, I received an email at 04:07 am from a “Catherine” (not sure if this is a human or not) asking me to confirm my email, which I found ironic given my email was how Catherine contacted me in the first place and it is the email on my account. I responded back within 4.5 hours (08:51 am yesterday confirming my email. I would recommend 1Password email communications always clearly identify if the sender is a human or automated chatbot. Twenty-eight hours has gone by since my confirmation of email reply without hearing anything back from 1Password (Catherine or otherwise). Can anyone shed light on how to arrange or schedule a call with a human at 1Password?
