How to disable 1password for localhost (local web development)

This is an answer, rather than a question lol. I found a related post that had an answer that only worked for one session - after restarting, you have to "hide" 1password again for the site.

I found an option in the options for the extension to disable for inPrivate browsing. I've also read it's a good practice when doing web development locally, to use private/incognito mode. Someone correct me if I'm wrong about this - I'm a newbie :)

At any rate, I wanted to post my solution to the problem :)
