How to intergrade my Edge browser to the desktop app?

Working with both Edge and Chrome on a daily basis I never experienced such an issue with the desktop app. Are you sure you installed both the desktop app and the Edge extension (https://1password.com/downloads/browser-extension)?

On advice of Co-pilot, I uninstalled 1Password that had the date when I upgraded this desktop to Win 11.  I had 2 entries in my installed apps. One 1Password and the other 1Password 8.11.18. I cannot uninstall 8.11.18 I get: Windows cannot find.  Co-Pilot told me go find 1Password Uninstaller run and restart. 8.11.18 is still there and I cannot install the app. The Edge extension is still here, and it works but in https://my.1password.com/home  I still get : You were automatically signed in

The 1Password browser extension is unlocked, allowing automatic sign-in. You can change this anytime in your 1Password extension settings.

As it sounds like you have multiple versions of the app installed, I think this may be best handled over email so we can collect some information specific to your setup. I'd therefore like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
