How to prevent manual filling username after 1Pass fills in credentials for Capital One web login?

Hello, @sosomario. Thank you for writing in. I'm sorry about the issue you're running into with 1Password.

May I ask what steps you are taking when using 1Password to Autofill? Did you get any error messages from 1Password? You mentioned:

1Password didn't prompt me to create a new login so my problem still exists.

To confirm, are you referring to the Save in 1Password button below the fields or the Save Login option from the 1Password icon context menu? Here's a screenshot for reference:

Can you create a new Login item using the 1Password desktop app instead and use that to Autofill?

I took a screen recording of what I'm seeing and am posting the screenshots with my personal data removed. If it's not clear, essentially what happens when I fill it in, is that the website rejects it but then 1Password fills it in again a second time; it looks like the browser extension fills it in once, and then the app fills it in a second time (that's what it looks like to me).

Does the same issue occur if you use the Inline menu below the username field from the 1Password extension? If you temporarily turn off the 1Password browser extension and use Quick Access to Autofill, do you experience the same behaviour?

Turning off the browser extension and using the QA Autofill doesn't get the "double fill-in" behavior.

Evon... I sort of gave up on this issue. You can close it. I can login now and haven't seen the issue that I describe.
