How to search and display only those where match is in Title.

I have many, many items where the logon email is *@gmail.com. I also have several actual Gmail email accounts. Most times when I search for a Gmail item I am looking to view only the Gmail account items, not every item that contains gmail. I specifically titled those entries as “Gmail - Name”. Where name is what is before the @ so they could be easily found.

When I search for the string “Gmail -” (without quotes) only those items where that string appears in the Title is shown in a popup. So far so good. If I select one item in the Popup, it becomes the selected item, but 1P Search Results also displays every item that contains “Gmail” and a “-”! It doesn’t make a difference if I put the search string in quotes, same result.

I don’t see a way for the search results to only show the items with matching Titles. Am I missing something? In other search algorithms if I quote the string it will display results for the exact string,
