How to stop 1P from "helpfully" offering to fill in info on a site?

I'm sorry that the 1Password suggestions are getting in your way while using this particular webpage. If the suggestions are just automatically being suggested when you focus on a field, you can prevent this behaviour using the following steps:

1. Right-click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar, then select Settings.
2. Click on Autofill & save in the side panel.
3. Turn off the "Show autofill suggestions when a form field is in focus" setting.

If that doesn't work, or you'd prefer to keep that setting enabled because you're making use of it while interacting with other websites, you can try hiding 1Password on the page:

1. Right-click on the page.
2. Within the context menu that appears, select 1Password - Password Manager > Hide on this page.

I have tried both of these options you suggested to camner without success. 1Password continues to attempt to autofill fields when they come in focus. Are there any other possible solutions?

I am not interested in disabling the feature entirely, as I use it all the time. I just want to disable it on pages related to the tax software.

I was able to use the second method successfully, sort of. I discovered that if I left a given web page on which I had instructed 1P to "hide on this page," and then went back to that page, 1P was active again even though if I used the contextual menu, there was a checkmark next to "hide on this page."

Also, I have to say that the "disable on one page" method is not very convenient. There must be several dozen pages that I have to enter data on with the tax software. To have to disable them one at a time seems a bit much!
