Question

How to stop unwanted inline popup?

I use Node-Red a lot for home home automation. Many of the node configuration boxes have fields to fill in which are not passwords or usernames (like a field for filling in the name of the light you want to turn on or off) and 1p8 frequently pops up the "Save in 1Password" button under the filed - so fine, I could ignore it, except a lot of these fields do auto-matching as you type and offer the suggestions under the text box and the "Save in 1Password" covers the auto-fill suggestions.

Is there a way to tell it not do pop-ups for certain sites?

This with 8 beta on the Mac/Safari

1Password Version: 8.6.0
Extension Version: 2.2.3
OS Version: MacOS 12.2.1

Hi @steve28

We don't have a per-site way to do this, but pressing the esc key will dismiss the inline menu. Alternatively you can turn off the automatic display of it in the extension's settings:

I hope that helps!

Hi @steve28 !

The workaround from @1P_Ben is only a temporary solution. Next time you open the site, the popup is back again.

Maybe you could add your vote here?
