Question

How to turn off autosubmit after filling a login

Since 2.23.3 (Chrome Extension in MacOS) I have the following behaviour when logging on to a page (e.g. MMonit) with autofill: I click the right mouse button, select the appropriate user, 1Password sets the user, sets the password and also "clicks" OK or Enter. I used to be able to click "OK" or Enter myself. Can this be changed anywhere in the settings?
thx, br Richard

Hello @roe1974! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! You can turn off autosubmit by following these steps:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
  3. Click Autosave & fill.
  4. Turn off "Sign in automatically after autofill".

Out of curiosity, was the new feature breaking anything for you on a particular website? Or do you just prefer to submit the login on your own?
