How to use vaults in iCloud?

I'm trying to set up a new iPad Pro, but I can't seem to get my vaults from iCloud to load. I would delete the vault, but want to make sure it doesn't delete my other vault. Currently, it's working find on my Mac Pro, my iPhone and my iPod Pro.

Any thoughts on how to make this work?

Hi @ultimate:

Just to confirm, are you using vaults stored in 1Password.com, standalone vaults you sync using iCloud, or a combination of both?

On my Mac, iPhone and iPad, I'm using iCloud sync. It has the correct number of items (628) and appears to be syncing, But when I tried to log into Facebook my secret key was entered instead of my email.

It sounds like we might need to take a closer look at what is going on with your devices. I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:
