Hyatt.com passkey setup not working - see screenshots

I tried to setup Passkey for Hyatt.com. Each time 1Password saved a passkey, but Hyatt indicated it had a problem setting up the passkey. when trying to use the passkey with Hyatt. Hyatt indicated it could not use the 1Password passkey. see screenshots attached.

I have tried uploading the screenshots as photos and as files. Each attempt fails. No idea why! Suggestions?
