I can access 1Password through the website, but desktop app and Chrome extension won't work.

Question

I can access my 1Password account through their website, but not through the desktop app or the Chrome extension, even if I enter the secret key and password.
The desktop app launches at login, but cannot access it.
I tried reinstalling the extension, but no luck.  The extension is integrated with the desktop app.

1Password Version: 8.10.33
Extension Version: 2.24.2
OS Version: MacOS 14.4
Browser: Chrome
