I can't access my.1password.com.

If you're able to sign in to 1Password.com from another network connection, such as a hotspot from your phone, that could suggest your IP address has ended up on our blocklist for some reason.

Also try turning off any VPNs or proxies, if they're being used, just to make sure your request isn't being included with that from other users too, leading to rate-limiting.

If you aren't using a VPN and/or proxy and find you're still getting a Forbidden error, send us an email at support+forum@1password.com including a link to this post, and the team will look into it with you.

Please include your IP address in your support request, but don't post it here. You can find your IP address by searching Google for "what is my ip".
