I can't edit passwords

For any existing password in my vault, when I click "Edit", it goes into an infinite loop of "Loading 1Password", and goes nowhere. I'm using an extension on Chrome. When I quit/closed and shut down Chrome, then reopening, the problem still exists. Also, under "Settings", I unclicked and reclicked "Integrate this extension with the 1Password desktop app", and still no change to the never-changing "Loading 1Password" message when i try to "edit" a password.

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't loading your items when choosing to edit them. As a first step, can you restart your device? Sometimes that can help to clear up messages like this. If that doesn't work then can you post a screenshot of the "Loading 1Password" message that you see? I'd like to confirm whether you're seeing it in the web app, the browser extension, or the desktop app. 

Can you also tell me which version of the browser extension and desktop app (if you have it installed) that you're using?
