I can't save passkey to 1p on cathaypacific

I was trying to create a passkey on cathaypacific.com and save it to 1p, but as soon as I create it, the windows hello prompt showed up instead of the 1p popup, and once I entered my windows hello pin the passkey got saved into my windows11 but 1p.

The passkey save feature worked on other websites like github.com. I also confirm I have correctly installed 1p windows client 1Password for Windows 8.10.80 (81080023), chrome extension version 8.10.80.23, and configured Chrome browser(version 137.0.7151.120) to use 1p as the default password manager.

I hope that you're doing well. Our developers have made some improvements to passkey saving and sign-in, can you let me know if you still see the issue on cathaypacific.com after updating to 8.11.14 or later: How to keep 1Password up to date in your browser

Thanks for taking the time to post! I was able to re-create what you're experiencing both in Chrome and Edge. I've gone ahead and submitted a bug. I'll report back when there's an update!

Hi,

I have just tested saving the passkey into 1P on cathaypacific.com with the latest version of windows client and Chrome plugin, and it worked as expected.
