I cant see the app on my desktop

I am a new subscriber to 1password, and I can't get the app to download to my computer. And where is it? I know that this is a basic question, but this should be an easy task to do.

I am a windows 11 user. When I try to download the app from the link, the pop up asks me do I want to install 1Password. After I press Yes, a quick progress bar comes up, and afterwards nothing happen. I can't find the folder. I try to file the file location, and it comes up in the start menu programs, but when I double click it, nothing happens. I know that this is supposed to be one of the best password managers, but how can I use it if it can't get it to work from the desktop? Please help. I've written to support, but to no avail.
