I didn't affirmatively update, but along with or because of an update to Dropbox, I have problems

Question

I'm running Mac Ventura on 2 Macs and Monterey on another. Dropbox just made some changes for the Macs with Ventura. I don't know if my 1 pw problem is related or if you forced an upgrade from 7 to 8 but I now have the 8.10.6 version AND 7 on my Macs. and I have a bouncing icon that has all the folders from dropbox displayed when I click on it.

Any idea what I should do next?
