I just got a new computer, and I have license for 1Password 7, but I'm drowning in 1PW7 pop-ups

got a new Mac mini, running Big Sur 11.6.2; installed 1Password 7 (I have a license), but I'm getting a billion pop-ups from 1PW7 to sign up for the monthly plan. I have to click close 4-8 times per pop-up. What gives?

Just to confirm, did you download 1Password 7 from the App Store, or direct from our website?

1Password 7 downloaded from the App Store is only compatible with 1Password.com accounts, and cannot be used with a standalone license. Let me know and I'll be able to dig into it further with you!

I think I downloaded it this time from the App Store, but I paid for the app back in the day on y'alls site...

That would be the ticket indeed. Uninstalling 1Password 7 obtained from the App Store, and downloading and installing 1Password 7 for Mac from our website would get you up and running again: https://1password.com/downloads/mac/
