I need some very basic help

  1. Look at the mess below, I cant even control numbering. I need some very basic help as the app has gotten far from the very basic password safe I needed when first getting it in ~2011

where can I get a basic HOW To series

I need precious little in a program and the "features " that are added mess me up beyond belief

 

I have ~890 items, with problems needing consolidation from archaic folders that I need to track as they are retired.

The program could use accessibility focus as other older users are finding it harder to use, as "power users" flit about, and it loses rugged backwards compatability

 

geeze , look at my past posts. Mostly just got trolled rather than helped by "power users"

 

anyway how can I start fresh with learning the program

    Can you tell me a little more about what you're trying to do? You mentioned that you have 890 items but I'm not sure that I understand what you mean when you say that they need "consolidation from archaic folders".

      I must be in the same state as @Iwouldrathernot.  I could also use a basic HOW TO series because I have a problem using vaults in my family plan that should be easy to fix but no amount of reading documents on the 1Password support site is helpful.  

      I am the family organizer. I have a vault for myself and one each for my wife and daughter. They each have their own login with emails, secret keys and passwords.  if they go to the 1Password.com and login to THEIR vault it seems to work. That is it shows only the logins for them. However, if you click on one of those logins and OPEN the website associated with it and then click on the website login it presents a list of logins from ALL the vaults in the family account! Shouldn't it show only the login for that user in the vault??

      Is there somewhere I can see some examples?
