I think I have two subscriptions but I should only have 1

I've got two bills for different amounts on roughly the same date.  How can I confirm that this is correct or that I need to close one account.  There are multiple devices and I do use the Cloud.

I cannot contact a human even when I login to the site.

Hi @None_of_your_business,

I've definitely had times where I discovered I had two subscriptions to the same streaming service, so I empathize!

It can sometimes appear as though there are multiple charges in a short span if there's a payment failure (like an expired credit card) and then payment is tried again. That wouldn't explain the different charge amounts, though.

I recommend emailing support@1password.com to have a member of our team look into this for you, since we don't want to get into your account details here in a public forum. They'll be able to tell you what's going on.
