I upgraded to V8 and now my personal vault is gone.

I upgraded to 1password 8 today and added the extension to chrome. However, my personal vault has disappeared. How do I get it back?

The personal vault was only visible on my personal user partition of my imac. It wasn't visible on the work partition of my imac. I used the same login on both partitions. Our 1password account is the Society of Environmental Journalists business account. How can I access my personal vault?
